From Thursday Nov 2nd for 6 weeks Royal Tara Golf Club will be running a Winter League in the form of an Taylor Made Open Ambassador Series. There will be 2 singles Stableford competitions per week, an Open every Thursday to Saturday and a members only competition on Sundays i.e. 12 competitions in all with prizes for each of the weekly competitions.
Entrants can play in every competition over the 6 weeks with only the top 4 scores per entrant counting on the Taylor Made Open Ambassador Series league leaderboard.
This year’s winter league has been kindly supported by our Club Professional, Johnny Byrne, who has provided a fabulous prize of a new set of Taylormade Stealth Irons for the golfer who tops the league after the 6 weeks.
The overall winner will be announced at the conclusion of the league .
All competitions will be handicap counting. Prices per entry: Members €5 / Guests €15 / Visitors €20.
